چکیده
The paper is devoted for origin of microplastics in aquatic environment and possible methods characterization analysis. According to US National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration, are synthetic organic polymer particles with a size less than 5 mm. Microplastics pollution significant ecological problem the world. A lot surface waters significantly polluted by various types microplastics. These pollutants were found rivers, lakes, oceans, sediments, wastewater, drinking water bottled water. But Ukraine microplastic do not meet interest scientists organizations. Disintegration plastic waste one main sources there other primary secondary microplastics, including components personal care products, industrial abrasives, abrasion from car tires, paint failure, processes, textile washing, at-sea losses, etc. can harm ecosystems cause many health problems different organisms, feeding digestion, endocrine disruptions changes cellular functions. In general, effects environmental impacts dependent on chemical structure these polymers. Thus, it very important understand composition, physical forms, transport fragmentation due need predict exposure effects. There analysis but all them have some disadvantages. determination often especially difficult low content large volumes samples small mass separated plastics.

Methods for Obtaining and Determination of Squalene from Natural Sources
Squalene is a natural dehydrotriterpenic hydrocarbon (C30H50) with six double bonds, known as an intermediate in the biosynthesis of phytosterol or cholesterol in plants or animals. We have briefly reviewed the natural sources for squalene and focused on the main methods and techniques to obtain and to determine it. Some of its applications in different fields of human activity are also mentioned.
متن کاملA review of microplastics measuring methods in water and wastewater bodies
Background and Objective: Recently, microplastics (MPs) have been found in the aquatic and terrestrial environments, air, and food. Other pollutants can be transported by MPs and pose a threat to the human, animal, and environment. Measurement and evaluation of microplastics can either increase knowledge about them or boost understanding of their possible harmful effects. However, no standard m...

Abstract Background and Objective: Quality control of drinking water is important for maintaining health and safety of consumers, and the first step is to study the water quality variables. This study aimed to evaluate the chemical and physical indicators, water quality variables and qualitative classification of drinking water stations and water sources in Boroujerd. Material and Methods...
متن کاملMicroplastics in water, sediment and salts from traditional salt producing ponds
Plastic pollution has universally known accumulated in all environment compartments and accelerating threat to the sustainability of earth. Field survey to examine the occurrence of microplastics in ancient sea water evaporation technology of ponds at Pallengu-Jeneponto, was conducted. From this sea salt producing ponds, samples of water, sediment and freshly harvested salts were collected. Six...
متن کاملRapid Determination of Chromium (M)lli Natural Water and Industrial Effluents Using Kinetic Speetrophotometric Method
A new simple arid rapid catalytic kinetic method for determination of trace amounts of chromium (110 isdescribed. The method is based on the catalytic effect of chromium (III) on the reduction of Methylene blue byascorbic acid in acidic media. The reaction monitored smectrophotomenically by measuring the decrease ofabsorbance at 664 nm at 25 C. The fixed-time method was used for the first 300 s...
